I have friends in both buildings, Goldsmith and City View. I think their apartments are great. They have efficiency and 1 bedroom. Some w balcony. I would love to live there. Stores are so convenient. And busline, too.
As of 12/15/2022, there is a 1-3 year wait list for an apartment.
Its nice n quiet n very Clean people are respectful
