place has went downhill since ravago bought it out.garbage rubber they use some from landfills.mamagement took most good benefits away.and you work around alot. of drug users.not a safe place to work and very dirty
I worked their for just under 5 years and it is no different then any other place. The plant Forman sits in the office. The plant supervisor sits in his office and all the ants do the work. I've seen people fail drug tests and come right back through a temp agency. I've seen people hurt at work, one guy cut his leg open and the other broke a rib. They will just send you home and file a claim like it didn't happen at work. anything to protect their number of safety days so that the supervisors get their bonuses.
