They do not care when I told them my son need to get immuzation . Now the school susbunded him until he get immunization .The said, the soonest is in December.
Adding a star because the staff are actually quite friendly and knowledgable but the complete lack of respect for peoples time is absurd. It is inexcusable to be sitting in the waiting room 45 minutes after your appointment time. What even is the point of having an appointment? And then when they ask the general intake questions youre left to wait another 20-30 minutes for the Dr to come through. Just absurd. Every time I have an appointment here with my son its a multiple hour ordeal.
Been taking my son and daughter there since I moved to North Carolina in 2022 They never told me they didn’t receive prior records from the city we transferred from. Gave my daughter her 12-year-old shots But have no record of ever doing it and never received her prior records, but still gave her the immunizations and never recorded them and now try to act like I don’t know that it was done. It never fails every time my son has an appointment here I run into RUDE receptionist. First it was Kayla I avoid her checking me out after my son’s appointment she’s always in a bad mood! Now Ms.Vicky just completely RUDE huffing and puffing while checking you out, when you ask questions!
