Willfully misrepresented facts and unwilling to communicate to discuss. In a child custody setting - the child’s attorney has a lot of power in determining outcomes. Does not handle this power responsibly.

Law Guardian Lisa Goldman Came up with a most inconvenient visitation schedule after meeting with the my 11 YO daughter for a few at her office… Judge Nilda honored it right away without looking into any details other than what Lisa said. How do you determine how a visitation schedule with someone who has 11 years of history with their child, in a short visit to your office.
