Thinner and Energized- WOW!
When I first came to Alaina, I was feeling extremely run down. Despite my vigorous Bikram Yoga practice and eating very little, I was not losing weight. After only 3-weeks of acupuncture treatments, along with a shift in my dietary habits and some Chinese herbal supplements, I'm feeling terrific, I have more energy and endurance, and I am noticeably thinner.
