I have sent them 2 very expensive items in December and have still not received any kind of communication or update regarding what is happening with my items. I have not even received a plan of what is going to happen. All I got was a confirmation that the items were received. When I go on to my Account there is no record of any items of mine that they have. I should have sent items to Sothebys.

The website is now goldin.co I have had 2 items destroyed due to poor packing. I have sent pictures of both. I was told I was not getting my refund. I am very disappointed.

Avoid Goldin. These are not real auctions. I was the only bidder on an auction. Three days after the auction closed, I received an email cancelling the sale due to "technical difficulties."

Typically, when there are technical errors like that, the removed items go to an inactive portion of the auction. This year I decided to search online for more information about a bag of comics that I received and found (name omitted) at Goldin Auctions. After sending pictures of the comics to (name omitted) he quickly called me and gave me an estimate on what I could get by auctioning my comics with Goldin Auctions. My experience with Goldin Auctions was always positive equal to if I won an auction or sold a card with them. Maybe I was lucky but my assistant was very helpful and respected my wishes.I can agree that sometimes values are variable, but I can only talk about my own experiences and I have to say ***** are some scalpers on **** and the prizes I reached via auction was absolut legit. I have trusted this company twice to auction my sports memorabilia and both times they have blatantly disregarded my instructions of how I wanted my cards graded & auctioned. The last auction I requested that one of my card be pulled before the auction started and be regraded correctly and they said they would, but then they left it in the *********** received less than a third of what I was expecting to get. Used to love Goldin but the last 18 months have been pretty awful. Currently have a pair of batting gloves that I paid for a month ago that still have not shipped, customer service has done nothing but give me entitled attitude over the phone and same song and dance over email. My card graded as a BGS 9.5/auto 10 /10 sold for less than ungraded cards that are /50 on ***** Stay away from this company if you want to get the value of your card. It sold for probably 30% of the value of the card. I asked before the auction for promotion and they flat out said they would not.

Awful company. I sold a card twice, zero money sent to me. They sold my one of a kind ball signed by six hall of famers for $131. About $5,000 less than its worth.Truly an awful company. Use **** instead because these people dont care one bit.
