I really really loved them, they have great staff and genuinely are great at what they do. However, this is the second time that my appointment has fallen through. The first time they had to cancel on me, which is fine, however this time I had the appointment set up. I filled out all of the forms, and got to my appointment and was ringing the bell for 10 minutes! The open sign was on, I even got an email confirmation! I called the salon 4 times and had no luck.
