The reason I’m such a fan of Goldfish is because of one person — @Kathryn Duran-Lozano. She has been absolutely amazing with my daughter and has truly helped her work through her fear of the water. Kathryn is patient, encouraging, and knows exactly how to build confidence in a way that feels safe and fun. We’re so grateful for her and the progress our daughter has made thanks to her support.

The pool for my daughters class this morning was visibly cloudy, steps in the pool were slippery/slimy like algae had formed and it had an unusual smell to it. Dropped classes and was *only* charged $35 dollars for the privilege which I would understand if I was dropping class for no reason, but not when the pool seemed improperly maintained. Won't be going back.

It was one of my favorite places to have parties at until my hair straightener that “was placed on hold for me” suddenly disappeared ! I forgot my hair straightener after my nephew’s bday and I called to request for them to hold it for me. Manager on duty told me they had it and would hold it for me. When I called back to tell them I was on my way to pick it up the hair straightener was nowhere to be found! I went to a party in November and let’s just say I was not impressed! Restrooms were dirty and smelled like sewer, pool was not cleaned, the front staff was more into their cell phones than actually helping us check in. Let’s just say I was not impressed! I’m glad I seen it because I was going to enroll my toddler for swim classes.
