My daughter and son have been attending Goldfish Swim School in Sugar Land for over a year, and our experience has been excellent. The management team, front desk staff, and instructors are always friendly, professional, and very cooperative. There was one occasion when I wasn't completely satisfied with an instructor. Jacob has been amazing with our 3-year-old son! In such a short amount of time, we’ve seen a huge improvement in his confidence and skills in the water. We feel so much more comfortable around water and feel safe to bring our child to the pool or the beach! Jacob is patient, encouraging, and makes every lesson fun. He has a great way of making kids feel comfortable while still helping them learn and progress. Its kind of okay. The facility is nice. Clean. They have suit mate machine for drying. They have hair dryers. The showers water isn't always working though. Sometimes it too cold. Sometimes its too hot. The main reason for three stars. Nunber 1. Progress is slow. Instructors change and if we as customers request a change of date for class or miss a class and come for make up class its true that the front desk staff is always courteous and accommodates. This place is great! We have been coming here for about 6 months and they are really helping my daughter learn to swim! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Recommend 10/10. Not sure if pictures will post but we love this place. My daughter loves coming!
Amazing customer service and excellent teachers and management! They really care about the kids and genuinely teaching them! Dylan is so kind and knowledgeable, he will patiently help you find the best classes. I totally recommend this school to Sugar Land residents.
