Good programs, nice pool, nice facilities, nice staff. Also nice painting of a bearded seal.
I'm extremely disappointed with how this swim school handled my billing and withdrawal process. I notified them in advance that I would be submitting a withdrawal form for my daughter. Despite that, I was charged $177 on August 1st. When I asked why, I was told August had five weeks. However, their own 30-day notice policy only covers four weeks, not five.
