Extremely disappointed in the customer service and service recovery from the management at Goldfish. Apparently they are “unable” to give out refunds for lessons we haven’t even taken yet. This swim school cost us hundreds of dollars each month and their solution to our dissatisfaction was to pay them more money for private lessons. Overall, our experience was good. The teachers are nice and knowledgeable, the pool water is warm and clean. The facility is very nice, but the floors can use some cleaning around the pool area.
We couldn't be happier with our goldfish experience! All of the instructors are wonderful and very knowledgeable. Our daughter is actively excited for lessons every week. Her swimming skills have come extremely far since she started lessons and her confidence in the water has as well. We could not recommend them more. Our daughter has had several different instructors as she's leveled up and they've all done a great job with her.
