If you want your children to learn the life saving skill of swimming this is where you need to take your kids! The staff is amazing! Always keeping you up to date on your children(s) progressive, making the parents and child feel safe, having fun and they are always enthusiastic! I would never take my kids anywhere else! They are absolutely amazing!!

I am blown away by how far my daughter has come in the past few years! She went from having a phobia of the water (even baths) to swimming the length of the pool on her own! It's one of the most important skills to have, and I'm thankful for the great instructors who have guided her and helped her conquer her fear. She's a mermaid without a tail now.
My recently-turned-8-year-old has been in lessons consistently for the past 5 years since Goldfish opened in Grand Rapids, MI & has gone from a timid, life-jacket-loving toddler to a confident life-jacket-free child who is able to swim the entire length of the pool unaided in all 4 competitive strokes. I love the family friendly environment! We feel at home even though we've only been here in less than a month! I also loved that the staff responds so promptly to all my requests and also very organized system in getting my daughter, Jallycza to her first class and getting her evaluated to move up to the next level. You are doing everything right. Your teachers and staff make the best environment for learning. It's a great blend of support and pushing with just the right pressure. Can't say enough about how much we love our Goldfish family!
The instructors are wounderful and the methodology / process they use with the kids is fun and exciting for them but they are actually learning to swim as a part of the process
