The staff behind the desk is limited in their time and attention. When we showed up (a couple minutes late - not the staff’s fault) for a lesson that was on a day that was not our normal day, no one behind the desk greeted us because one was on the phone, the other was speaking to another patron. My child and I wait a few minutes, neither staff member pauses what they’re doing to address us, so we wander into the pool area, but we don’t know what we’re looking for since it’s not our regular day of the week.
