Unfortunately, once you try and leave them, even it temporary, they make it very challenging to quit. You cannot do it online. You have to call them to cancel. They almost never answer when you call, but they are quick to return calls if you leave a voicemail. After that, they give you their last lesson date. Apparently, there is more to the process. Then they send you an email to fill out of cancellation form, which of course, they failed to mention on the phone call. I record all my phone calls and can confirm that ... read more
