The staff was great with my kids and I was honestly very happy with the lessons. However, due to scheduling conflicts and health problems, I had to withdraw from the class back in August. Since it was after the 1st I still had to pay for August and I totally understood and followed their protocol to make sure that I would not get charged in September.
