I have been taking my baby there for about 2.5 years, since he was 8 months. He is now comfortable in the water, knows how to hold his breath, and floats well. I have a weekly class and if we travel or he is sick we can call to skip the class and reschedule later. They also have family swim at different hours and during winter has been our staple to get our of the house and swim comfortably. I plant to take my newborn as soon as he has head control and can take the mini 1 class.
Absolutely terrible. Our child attended over a year ago and is still terrified of the water. We had to switch to private lessons after watching the inattentive and inexperienced staff basically allow him to drown. A year later still dealing with the trama caused by what amounts to a bunch of teenagers who could care less about the kids let alone safety. If we had any better sense we would have sued them.
