Extremely frustrating and misleading cancellation process. They continue charging even after long periods with no attendance and despite having a policy that says enrollment should be automatically canceled. When you try to cancel, they acknowledge it, make you believe it’s handled, and then later come back saying you were supposed to follow some other step that was never clearly communicated. I highly recommend Goldfish swim school in Alexandria! All the instructors follow a detailled curriculum that checks on skills that the child has and they give you a short review of your child's streghts or things that need to be worked on. This allows us as parents to try to stregthen skills with our child. In general, I see that the instructors are caring, funny, and able to adjust to a child’s mood, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Our five-year-old is absolutely thriving at Goldfish! After a discouraging experience at a previous swim school where he resisted attending, the transition to this location has been night and day—he now looks forward to every session. A huge part of that success is his instructor, Basiru, who is truly exceptional. He has a wonderful way with our son, and we have seen tremendous progress in just five completed lessons.

We’ve been members since Oct2023……. In the beginning my 3y old would tell his instructors NO to almost everything! However, now he puts his head under the water! I can remember when his instructor first dipped him & he was terrified. I thought for sure, it was our last month but we encouraged him to keep trying and now he does it! I’ve seen such an improvement in his progression! He looks forward to going and we can’t wait to start jump clinic next week through the 3rd week of July!
