I love my fish!!! They came in good condition and are great quality! if my dad in another timeline let me have even more fish, I would buy from here again!!!! (Btw my mom ordered them in February, not in June. I just made a late review) (Update they died) I have no idea why, but I know it has nothing to do with Goldfish Island, but is there any disease that Gives: inflamed gills,severe fin rot, wen damage?, at bottom of tank and can't swim anymore,kinda bulging eyes and cloudy eye, blood in tail fins etc and yea that's about... read more

Very satisfied with this company and i love my ranchu! He looks exactly as pictured and came in healthy and active. They shipped him out very fast and customer service answered all of my questions very quickly. 10 out of 10 recommend.
I was nervous about my fish shipping all the way from Massachusetts to California, but he came in less than 2 days very active, healthy and even more beautiful in person. They were quick to respond to questions and sent additional videos of my fish before shipping to insure he was healthy. Their selection is amazing and I love how many pictures and videos they provide to help you pick the healthiest fish. Will be ordering again!
I purchased a fish from them and in the 14 day quarantine period she ended up passing away, sadly. The company then proceeded to say I wouldn’t get a refund because they weren’t notified that she was sick beforehand. Between that and the customer service experience, I would not purchase from them again.
