I've been a member for 15 years. Yesterday, I tried to transfer money to into a shared credit union. It took over an hour of fighting with their customer service call center to get it done. I also got my money moved into a new "gold" checking account without my consent as part of a new "promo" and was going to be charged fees for using it. That is bullshit. GWCU does not care about their customers. They will not work with you, they do not care. STORY TIME: I am a 100% disabled vet--which means I get my main income at the beginning of the month. This is how they treat their disabled vets. I front-load all of my bills to the beginning of the month. Inexplicably, you turned off my autopay for a car that has been financed through you.
