I had a very disappointing experience trying to get mortgage assistance from Jamie. After waiting two weeks, I drove 30 minutes to the office hoping to speak with her in person. The teller was very friendly and informed me that Jamie was busy and unavailable. I chose to wait, but after several minutes it appeared there was little effort being made to assist me despite my being there in person.
