This location have bad customer service, teller/cashier must hate their job , try different location way better service.
I was very happy with the car refinance experience. Katelynn was so helpful and patient while I went through the application process. She answered my questions and offered to help me if needed. I was able to do this completely online. Overall, this was a positive experience and I will go to Goldenwest Credit Union in the future.
We searched for good CD rates and went to Goldenwest. I have banked with Goldenwest for decades and have always been pleased with how kind and efficient the tells are.
