I've never been part of a credit union so terrible. I lost my job and had some trouble paying my credit card through them. So they locked my checking account. No hardship program, no mercy, no "I have a job now after a few months of unemployment and I need some breathing room, please." So I payed the minimum balance instead of paying my bills. I went through Goldenwest for an auto loan and they have been amazing to work with over the last few years! Their representatives are always kind, helpful, and prompt in their responses and getting me what I need. I’ve really appreciated them and would recommend them!
We like golden west but this branch is poorly ran and very incompetent. Find a different branch if you bank with Golden west.
