From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and the gentleman that helped me today was at that for front. Very helpful, nice , professional, my hat goes off to golden West. They made a customer for life.
I've been associated to this particular branch for many many yrs now yrs before the merger and name change and I can honestly say that I can't see myself or even think about taking my service somewheres else I loved the staff both old and new and I know I'm at home when I pull up through the drive though or walk into the branch and I'm greeted by my name and the added plus for me is that the staff is very knowledgeable of whatever I have questions on and they always go the extra miles of getting a second opinion to make sure... read more
