Was going to open an account after I cashed a check but they couldn’t even do that. They really need to fix their system or get with their coders and figure out how to put more characters in the box. This is people’s money and time they are dealing with not a small thing. Very disappointed in my experience but some of the employees were helpful. Was there over an hour trying to cash a check.
We started out with a negative experience because of incorrect info but customer service went above and beyond
Absolutely worst bank ever dealt with, random fees, in 2 months of banking here I've lost $120 from nothing, no overdraft protection, had an auto payment I meant to cancel and pay from another card but goldenwest let my account go negative -200, they refuse to cancel payment so that I can pay from other card. I went with gwcu cause I've had kitsap credit union forever, sadly its completely different and I will be closing my account the moment I can, I'd rather drive an hour to salt lake then deal with this bank ever again.
