A year ago I was desperately looking for vertisheer blinds to be installed here in bunbury as ABC blinds did not have an office here back than. A few weeks ago I had contacted them, and spoke with Lisa regarding a cracked tip at the wand of blinds.I was informed a week later the manufacturer had supplied a new wand to replace this.Today ,Gavin came by with the wand and I asked him if he was kind enough to show me how to replace it.Not only did he showed me how,he realised the second last panel of the blinds was going in the ... read more
I cannot thank Sharon, Lisa & the team at Goldenwest Blinds enough for their amazing service & installation of our blinds and sheers in our new home. They were so understanding of our constant rescheduling due to delays & so accommodating on short notice. We are in love with our new window treatments and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you!
Golden west came and measured up for blinds and then installed blinds less than half the length of the window. When we sent pictures and complained they tried to say there was a mirror so it didn’t need covering !! We pointed out the it was a decal on the window not a mirror so light still came through. Sharon the boss then just stopped answering emails and do not return calls. Appalling service would never use them again, be very careful.
The team at golden west blinds are so friendly and professional to deal with. Couldn’t be happier with our roller blinds and sheers throughout our home. Highly recommend
