We began using this kindercare 11 years ago when our oldest son was a toddler. We loved our experience and were so sad when it was time me for us to move on. Fast forward and we had a second son a decade later. Jessica being the director still made our care decision a no brainer. We came back and couldn't be happier with that decision. Google Review I would not recommend this location based on my experience. My child attended KinderCare previously, so I was comfortable with the KinderCare name and expected the same level of professionalism and care when transitioning to this new center. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I had multiple concerns regarding professionalism, communication, accountability, and how situations involving my child were handled. Goldenrod Road KinderCare has been our grandson’s daycare since he was 3 months old. My son has been enrolled since the end of February and I absolutely LOVE this facility! My extended family has heard me rave so much, that my husband's cousin is enrolling HER daughter! We have been so satisified with the curriculum for our infant son and the experience he is getting. The infant class teachers are STELLAR!!! Ms. Carolina and Ms. Victoria are positively the best! The director, Jessica, really turned this place around. I’m editing my review from a year ago of 1 star to 4 stars because Jessica is amazing! She really cares and got rid of the rotten employees which now made this place do a complete 180. A year ago, my child was bitten down both her arms in one incident with multiple bites.. and a 2nd incident not too long after, she had been bitten on her cheek & had a bruise on her face for weeks.
