I went to check on a friend, this place was terrible. No one came to see what I wanted for ten minutes. I know at times it came be busy, but three saw me and didn't say anything. Finally got the room number and the smell is awful. Her bathroom had been stopped up this was third day. Was hot there they say you have to provide your own air conditioning and TV. WHAT?? I'm so sorry she has to be there. Trash swept in the corners. I don't know how they get by with this. I feel for the residents.
