I honestly wish I could rate it less than 1 star!! Physical Therapy who? Occupational Therapy what? Will start working with him/her? When? All other “promos” that are supposedly available in this “skilled” facility are pretty much null and void as well. With ONLY 58 beds I laugh at the thought of what these people would do with any more. I am not speaking about something I don’t know about I personally worked in a real SKILLED Nursing Facility with 120 beds and Lord knows I loved every single minute of it! As an employee for Liberty Healthcare, who worked my butt off since the beginning of Covid and cont.’s to work many shifts, days , nights, etc. …many , many hours and doubles … to get kicked to the curb ..,& fired for being late (…20 - 30 mins) by some new administrator & Director of nursing who just took over the building , and who knows no one , and makes zero effort to actually know anyone …all of that dedication and time I gave to my patients I wouldn’t take 1 minute away …I cared for each of them as my own family , and ... read more
The state needs to step in and I think I'm gonna call them this place is Nasty and it needs state board in the building!!!!
