Very dishonest company! Their billing is never correct, and they even told me, "Because we can!". Unfortunately they are the only provider in my area so there is no choice if you need service. PLEASE, we need another provider in town!!!
Horrible company that is dishonest about how much service will cost you. If you have a 90 dollar internet bundle, don't be surprised when your monthly bill is 120.
Golden West is a monopoly business and stinks! Customers are forced into paying for land lines if they want Internet. Golden West disconnects you 15 days after your bill is due without any disconnection notice, then charges you $70 to reconnect a week later. I hate Golden West service, but since they are a monopoly, if I want to have Internet and cable where I live, I have no other choice. They TOTALLY capitalize on being on the Reservation and do not follow standard procedures for disconnection like other places in the USA.
