A very mediocre massage. The lady spent walking around for 10 minutes and started late. I had to keep telling her what areas to massage, ie neck, head and shoulders. She kept trying to do my back and arms. When it came to the head massage I am sure a money would do a better job, and she didn't even did the massage for 30 minutes as we paid for. Really bad massage and total waste of money. Would not recommend at all.
Just had a fantastic massage. My neck and back feel much looser than before. Will be going back.
I love Helens massages, really deep and help my sciatica, go once a week the best 100% recommend 👌
