The rewards system is frustrating to use. The theater’s QR scanners don’t work, and the manual entry field doesn’t allow enough characters for my full rewards number, leaving no reliable way to receive credit for my purchases.
Walked into theater 6 and was hit with a wall of humidity. There was absolutely no a/c in this room and the seats were quite literally wet and sticky. Had to sit through the entire spiderman movie while sweating.
