HORRIBLE. The draft beer didn't work, but I gave them a pass on that part. We spent $130 on 2 adult and 2 kids tickets, popcorn, 2 waters, 1 soda, 2 sandwiches and 1 pizza. Seems excessive, but ok. We got there 30 minutes before our movie so we could get it food since we have 2 kids 5 and under and it's dinner time. We kept checking on the food back and forth for over an hour and still had not received it. By far the best movie theater I've been too. Free refills on popcorn and drinks. Heated recliner chairs. So chill and relaxing. AMC could never. Any bad review on here is BS. They also have good beer and who doesn't love that. REAL movie goers would appreciate this place. Everything you could ask for. Makes the movie-going experience fun and relaxing. Haven't tried the food yet, but it looks good.
This is a clean and comfortable theater. I took away a star because there was no salt for the popcorn and the girl behind the counter said they don't provide salt. How ridiculous!
My first visit there the bathroom flooded out from under the bowl. Then all the bathrooms started flooding leaving just one stall open for a family. It's very high priced and a complete cluster in there. Too many people waiting to serve themselves popcorn. I'm going to pay that price and serve myself popcorn and soda? No thank you! The steep drive up into the parking lot is horrible. And did they get ALL the mold renovated?
Went here for an evening movie during the week. It was a good (as-expected) experience for us. Was able to quickly move through the ticket kiosk ordering. The theaters were nice and clean -- big screens, great sound quality, and comfy recliners that are even heated (almost too comfy... hard for me to stay awake!). Our experience might be a bit unique as we went to a 9p movie on a Tuesday -- we were 2 of 4 people in the entire theater. Great experience and will definitely go back again!!
