I had an extremely disappointing experience at Golden Thai Massage Parramatta. The service was highly unprofessional from start to finish. Communication was poor, and there was a clear lack of transparency regarding the treatment I was paying for. I booked a 75-minute massage, yet approximately 10 minutes of that time involved no massage at all, effectively reducing the service I received despite paying for the full duration. I walked in and did a 75mins full body with feet massage with Nan. She helped me with my neck and shoulder pain issue. She was so experienced. She can find all my trouble locations without me telling her. Great value. Will definitely visit again.
