Hired this company to fix an ongoing IRS issue we had going on- in the beginning everything was great and the people were very responsive! They filed an amended tax return for us and when we got a letter back from the IRS that it had been DENIED we reached out to them to figure out next steps and were pretty much told we were on our own- they were done.
