UPDATE: After calling and mentioning that they said they were working to rectify the situation, the manager asked me to text her so we could understand each other more easily. She was very professional and kind, and was willing to book an appointment for the very next morning. She was just as professional and nice in person. Had a 90 minute massage here today, the masseuse was amazing, she worked through a lot of the knots and my shoulders and waist felt great. Would highly recommend this place.

I had the same experience with them not honoring a $75 gift certificate. I have 2 of them. Told me my money is with old management. I asked to speak to a manager, she said no and hung up. Nice. I’ll be filing a small claims soon
