I am deeply disappointed to write this review, as my experience with the administrative staff at this facility has been highly unsatisfactory, despite the exceptional care provided by my doctor, medical staff, and physical therapy team. I regret agreeing to occupational therapy and should have pushed harder for sports PT after I repeatedly stressed my wrist and shoulder climbing. Yes, I learned how to pay close attention to ergonomics during everyday life to ensure it doesn’t further atrophy, but it didn’t help my healing process.
