This is a first for me! Call ask for price for a one hour massage. Was given price. But after asking if she does both foot and body massage she tells me she doesn’t have time for that and HANGS UP before I could ask to make an appointment! I was in the area so I go in to ask if I could make an appointment she told me they only have one massage and is fully booked! I didn’t give her a date or time!! Clearly she doesn’t want my business and after reading the review I will not be part of this business!
Called to try and schedule apt and she said sorry I’m busy and hung up on me. Called back two times and got a voicemail. Terrible customer service
Focused too much on the tip than the actual massage…
Wouldn’t even allow service without upfront tip
Had me waste 20 minutes to allow service, and when handing over the money, she wouldn’t take me unless I had $20 extra for the tip!!! Lost any future sale from a potential regular customer. P.S. tips are supposed to be for exceptional service. Not demanded upfront.
