Great yoga teachers with a creative line up of classes! Also a great place for therapeutic massage. As an athlete/weight lifter both services have been valuable to me.
This place is awesome. The vibe here is great and the teachers are all so welcoming.
Krystine is absolutely amazing! I can only describe her massages as pure bliss! She is so caring and has such a lovely calmness that brings true relaxation to her massages. I recommend her to everyone I know! I moved in the last year out of state and when I come back to visit I always try to get in for a massage! If I could give 10 stars I would!
Just went for a prenatal massage and wow! The relief I already feel is incredible. Krystine gave extra care to my sciatic nerve pain and attended to my most troublesome areas. I would give 6 stars if I could!
Krysti is kind, caring and tuned in. I did an energy healing session with her and it was very eye opening. Much needed for my healing journey 🙏🏻. And have you heard her sing?!! She led a kirtan for my yoga teacher training. Guiding us through traditional yoga chants and some of her amazing original work! Thank you!
