Golden Pond in Waterford Ontario is a hidden gem. Our parents moved in in 2019. The day they moved in they gained an extended family with not only the staff but the owners as well. Our father passed in 2020 during the pandemic and we couldn’t have had more support and we are forever grateful. Our mother was able to establish a network of friends prior to our father’s passing. I've never visited a retirement home where the staff are so caring! The rooms are large and bright, the scenery is BREATHTAKING! A place where I feel comforted knowing my family member is cared for!
