I was in need of some help with my mom so that I could be a little more productive with projects. The staff and owner made it all possible for my mom to join their family. I'm happy that my mom is happy staying there. You can't beat the personal attention and care they are giving her!
Many of the staff at Golden Pond are outstanding. In particular on the administration side David Dunkle was my go to person. Whenever I had an issue, David would try his best to get it resolved. On the care givng side ...hats off to Tina! She was the ultimate care giver. My Mother wasn't the easiest to impress but she had nothing but praise for Tina. I am sure there are more...However, David and Tina were there throughout and were not part of the turnover merry-go-round! It goes to show you that longevity in the job brings p... read more
