Admin/receptionist exceptionally rude. Attitude reaching the sky, rude, unprofessional, incapable, hung up 3 times & didn't have the courage to give her name. Have all the calls recorded, mgmt can call me back & address this or happy to take it as far as needed.
LTC facility. Great staff. Older building being phased out once yje new residence is completed later this year.
