I have been with GPCU for 6 or 7 years. I have two small business accounts and my personal account. I had a credit card with them. I did get behind on payment as the last 4 years have been tough on small business. They decided to not allow me to make payments on the card but to instead just pull random amounts of money out of my personal account. So now I can't keep enough money in my account to make payments to my more important bills.
Was on the phone. No introduction, was a bit snippy, put me on hold just to tell me we can't help you. All I needed was jump.
We have had 3 auto / motorcycle loans through GPCU. All 3 of our experiences have been fantastic.
Terrible customer service.
Went to cash a check that was just over $100 from a business, that was drawn on this Credit Union. Signed the check and sent my DL in with the check. Before they would cash it, I had to put my thumbprint on the back of the check and sign another paper.
