Most crooked credit union ever. Special accounts is a joke, their attorney is a joke. They will go after your vehicle if you are in the hospital they are a very uncaring credit union first one ive had a loan through and the last one. Electronic filing everything why...also sent a tow truck in May we had no papers or anything about repossession. I feel for anyone going through this because sad but true they dont care about anything but $$$
Do not bank here rude staff everything they won’t work with you on a car loan they need to be shut down do not bank at gpcu rude staff go somewhere else to get a car loan

Yesterday I went to the bank, I had 4,325 dollars, counted it twice, and somehow only 4116 was deposited. When I said something the lady told me the machine is always correct. When I asked for it back she told me she couldn't do that. Excuse me? I got robbed broad daylight, and someone tried to gaslight me. This is the third time they have come up short. Smh.
