This place has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you can, avoid this place at all costs.
One of the worst lenders in the US. I paid off a car loan on 12/10/25 and it is 01/13/26 and I have yet to receive the lien release. I have multiple recorded calls with representatives of the the bank stating they'll get the release to me right away. I reside in Missouri and according to my state law the bank has five days to release the lien and 10 days for you to receive a notarized lien release. Do not bank with them.

Awful service. I’ve never been late or defaulted on almost anything in my life. I make 2 payments monthly on my auto loan. I accidentally started making single payments for a couple months about a year ago. When I was notified then I course-corrected. This didn’t stop the credit union from tanking my credit score (which I’m fighting now). They also lied and said I have to pay the amount I missed up front and in whole.
