We purchased a car and purchased a gap insurance $899.00. We tried to cancel but we could not because it was past 30 days we refinanced and now we are out the $899.00. Our new Credit Union change us only half of what GPCU wanted. Do not use GPCU gap insurance.
Canceled entire box of checks without permission and then refused to pay overdraft fees while $ sat in our acct. Refuses to send tax information for a house we no longer have a loan on, so our taxes are incorrect each year.

You definitely wanna think twice before banking here! Not convenient banking at all and when your down they kick the hell out of your money. This bank is all about robbing you of your hard earned money so take warning when thinking about opening a account with this bank!
I am getting calls several times a day from your number wanting to sell me vehicle warranties! I want it stopped now! I called the number back and it sends me right to Trista's voicemail. Of course she is out of the office until April. So I looked up the bank and called another number that is on the website. They didn't know anything about it and transferred me. Some woman answered and then put me on hold and never came back.
Thanks to Golden Plains I am now holding the keys to my new Victory Boardwalk motorcycle. Certainly be using them for years to come. Thanks again!
Been a GPCU member for 15 yrs. great bank with great service. If for some reason there was something "off" in my account we would discuss it professionally and get the problem solved quickly. Friendly staff! �
