Ordered a coffee table for a project 8 months ago. Just got yet another text message saying it wouldn’t be there until July and maybe not then either. They are a middle man company and only make money off ordering from other companies and having them drop ship to you. Carly has made zero effort to make this situation better, no accountability, no coupon off another product, not even an apology. I always love browsing this shop! Constantly new pieces. The staff there has always been so kind and inviting. Today I had quite a few questions when I called and they were very patient and knowledgeable. They let me place an order over the phone and had it ready for me to pick up before the end of the day!
