Gail showed up when she said she would and brought lots of samples and ideas with her. We talked about what I wanted and she showed me appropriate samples. She suggested I pick a couple of things so that she could price them and I could have a choice based on price. She then measured my windows and in a couple of days got prices back to me. We had a deadline we were working with and she had the blinds installed a week early. Very happy with the experience.
