I’ve had trouble opening my mouth when tired or sleep-deprived since my 20s. I tried mouthguards and massages before, but nothing really solved it. After my 4th session, the pressure in my jaw has eased, and I can open my mouth much better now! Nora is kind and always explains how everything in the body is connected — I’m really starting to feel that. I’ll keep coming back for a while. Thank you as always, Nora!

I have been to see Nora at Golden Care Wellness a handful of times and have enjoyed all of my treatments! I had never been to an Osteopath before and didn’t quite know what to expect but was delighted to receive such a cohesive and well thought out treatment, taking my whole body in to consideration. The work Nora did for my jaw was so good! The clinic space is beautiful and calm, easily transit accessible and do not skip the tea! Thanks Nora!
