Beautiful and unique items! Fantastic customer service!
Refused my return with a condescending response. How should i know they were a women's-only store? They targeted me with a Google ad. I explained it but they wouldn't accept my return. Then stopped responding. So i sold it on eBay to recoup some of my costs.
Not only is this place one of the most affordable and adorable women's boutiques, the owner, Ashley, is more than accommodating and understanding. Her pleasant demeanor with a return I had a few days ago was a welcome surprise. Customer service is a lost art, but not at Golden on Main. I will be sure to not only frequent this quaint store more often, but also tell all of my friends and family about the 5-Star treatment I received! Best of the best... BAR NONE!
