My niece lived there after they moved her from the sister place. Didnt give her property something about bed bugs. Now she is in another one and still no property with her. When she was at the 1st place I bought clothes bedding TV clothes. I m on disability so I can't afford it. The 2nd place my sister got her some things to replace plus a TV. The 3Rd one says she is not going to get any of property this time either. My sister is on as I so she don't have money to spend like that. Who is over these people?

(Former head cook) horrible work and living environment, the owners and management doesn't care about the residents or the staff. Multiple times management was told about the younger mentally ill residents bullying the dementia and older residents that can't defend themselves, but nothing was ever done.

Golden Oaks is an awesome facility. It is always clean and does not smell like a nursing home. Their staff is caring and knowledgeable. They are very responsive to family questions. Mom and Dad went there in 2018 and were able to stay together. Even when Dad had to go on hospice he was able to stay there and now we are experiencing the same with Mom. I would highly recommend this facility for the care of your loved ones.

This needs to be updated because when I've went in there several times it stinks, and rooms are not clean anymore you can tell the Kimbrough don't run it anymore was I mean was__a wonderful place, but now it's not!!
