I paid for a service that was never performed even years later. $100 is a lot of money to me. The paperwork was never filed with the city. When I went in person to ask about it, since none of my calls or emails were answered over a year, I was made to feel like I was not their client because I was not elderly even though I paid, set up multiple appointments and was equally involved on the paperwork as the elderly party.
