They set a book case on my IPad then when contacting them about it they sent me incorrect email addresses, ghosted me and then blocked my number when calling them about reimbursement for damages.
Worst military move I’ve ever had. They used the tall wardrobe boxes and just threw any and everything in them until they were stuffed to the brim. They will not take care of your items. They packed car seat underneath a 4 ton jack and a full and heavy toolbox, making it unusable.
If you are in the military doing a HHG move and they get assigned as your agent. Call transportation and get it changed. Did not want to perform services that they are under contract to do. They dropped everything off into the rooms they belonged in. Found the high value items and wanted to leave. They refused to do anything until I pulled up the joint regulation covering what they are required to do.
