I paid $220 for a chainrinng that did not fit. and I called to confirm it was the right part. prices are way too high. I could’ve bought the same chain ring on Amazon for $35 I found out later. Never again and who I know.
This company gets 5 stars. Not only because their product is great (I bought an e-bike conversion kit). I had an issue with a part (headlamp). There was a delay in getting this issue resolved. Despite the frustration and multiple emails they were able to finally resolve it and send me the proper part. You won’t go wrong ordering from this company.
Purchased VEC500 controller / HPM10KW which is overall working fine. However, I purchased the VEC500 with optional CAN bus communication which is completely non-functional, bottom line: don't order if you need this capability...
Two years ago I purchased a MagicPie 5 rear wheel kit for my fairly standard road bike. I was in a rush and the staff at GM Canada went out of their way to assemble a full kit with items that were in stock on a late Friday afternoon.
