Your driver of truck number 2461 this afternoon in I10 east bound mile marker 130, in Florida. Parked on an a on ramp blocking half the ramp and as I am picking up speed to match the highway, he abruptly made a sharp left turn into the highway blocking me off completely, where I had to slam the brakes or would of collided.
