We came all the way from Hamilton to visit a family member. It was such a pleasure meeting some of the staff who are more than helpful. Seeing them interacting with the elderly and how caring and gentle they are I was in awe. They are so well taken care of and treaded with kindness and like a person. Thank you for all that you do. I was glad to have my mother be able to visit her aunt
