I reserved an SUV with someone else but they canceled about week before our trip due to a legitimate issue so I reserved one with Golden Luxury. I received immediate communication with extensive information on how to get our vehicle and all the vital details to make it convenient which it has been exactly just that. The care was clean and just as described. It has been the perfect vehicle for our trip and which has made our ski trip very enjoyable. Thank you GLA!
Rented an SUV from Golden Luxury Auto for my weekend in SLC, my host Jay was absolutely awesome. He made me feel comfortable and the rental process was very easy as well as accessible. I highly recommend renting from this company again, the car was very clean as well. Will be renting from them again when in Utah! :)
Best experience I’ve had with a car rental. Rented out of SLC airport, very clean, brand new winter tires and a UDOT winter traction sticker (compliant with new Utah Winter Traction Laws) for easy access into the canyons. Clear instructions for pick up and drop off. Welcome bag with a treat, chapstick, hand warmer, and Kleenex was a nice gesture. We just rented from golden luxury auto via Turo from Salt Lake City. We picked up a Toyota Sequoia from the airport and used it on our ski trip to Alta and Snowbird. Pick up and drop off were super easy. The car was awesome as we took 6 adults up the little cottonwood canyon each day with skis and we all fit well. The ski rack was also a bonus. We would rent again if we are in the Salt Lake City area
Had an awesome experience on our rental in Salt Lake City! Pickup and drop off was seamless. Had to extend a few days and that was a breeze as well! Car was very clean - and we have high standards! We had a few questions and the host was ridiculously fast with the responses. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be renting again! Thanks!!
