We loved our rental! There were enough seats for our whole family, which was perfect. The only thing we didn’t like was the limited space in the car, but it drove wonderfully. We’ll definitely be renting from Turo again — I give it 10+ stars! 🌟
Excellent Experience! The pickup process was beyond easy and incredibly convenient--hands down one of the smoothest rental experiences I've had. The car was in beautiful condition: clean, comfortable, and clearly well-maintained. It became the cornerstone of a great trip! Jay and his team were attentive, friendly, and made the whole process feel personal and stress-free. Their professionalism and warm approach really stood out. I'd definitely rent from them again without hesitation!
Extremely happy with the service Jay and his team provided. It was a smooth and easy process renting from these guys. The car was big enough to fit all my athletes and was delivered super duper clean. Armando was helping us throughout the few days we rented and always kept in contact whether we had a problem or not. Customer service is top notch here!! 10/10 would recommend and will rent from Golden Luxury Auto again.
Great car! Looks great and rides even better. Rides super smooth and is very comfortable to ride in for long distances. Jay was an amazing host, answers every question before you even need to ask. Where the car is parked, and where to drop it off and how to get to and from the airport to pick it up and drop off. If I am ever in salt lake again and need a car, I will definitely be using Jay's services. You won’t be disappointed!
What a great experience with Golden Luxury Auto! Easy pick up at airport, very friendly staff available through the app and the vehicle was perfect for our family. But the one aspect that truly stands out is how clean the vehicle is! Wow it is professionally cleaned and top notch. We will use them again! Thank you!
